    Young Business Council concludes March activities that mimic the concerns of working women

     

    East Young businessman Council concluded last March, a number of activities that touched the women's interests and orientation to the labor market.

    The Council presented during March workshop within the empowerment program titled "discussion of the list of systems and the Ministry for Social Affairs procedures .. child-care centers," held in line with the interest of the Ministry of Social Affairs societal changes, which saw women dramatically draws to the labor market, prompting the need to provide a suitable environment for children and not to rely on foreign domestic employment.

    The Council also held within his planned meeting with His Highness the President of the General Presidency of Youth Welfare Prince Abdullah bin Mesaed where he also met a delegation from the East Chamber young businessman Executive Board Council.

    During the meeting, which was held in the office of his presidential headquarters in Riyadh, they have discussed ways of cooperation to achieve common aspirations, also stressed during the meeting on initiatives and creative ideas that the young businessman in the kingdom presented.

    He praised the East young business women projects in addition to the efforts of the Chamber businesswomen center represented to facilitate the work of young women and help them in their businesses through the establishment of meetings, seminars and workshops that contribute to raising the level of awareness and improve the working mechanism.

    His Highness said that these meetings will help business owners and initiatives to meet with specialists and officials to take advantage of their experiences and give them solutions that may help them in their businesses, stressing the keenness of his presidency to build bridges of cooperation and concerted joint efforts with all sides in this beloved country.

    He also praised the East Chamber Council efforts in order to achieve its objectives and for taking advantage of the young national competencies to contribute to community service and to participate actively in support of its activities in general.

    He also commended the efforts young girls present to their homeland and their aspiration to make the effort, money and time in order to contribute to the present and the future of home industry with the will of God and His help, and taking advantage of the conditions and investment opportunities has been put up for this generation.

    The Board held a workshop within the program under the title "pioneering thinking" for the students of Alsalma National School, which aims to create a new generation of young Saudi women who are self-employed, through the dissemination of the culture of entrepreneurship, to encourage their initiative and creativity and motivation on job creation rather than demand and thus achieve comprehensive development to keep pace with economic mobility intellectual competitive and enhance the national economy.

    The program discussed several topics, namely: defining entrepreneurship, leadership characteristics, and the challenge of leading thinking in addition to a presentation during the program for a number of leading figures who managed to achieve the achievements in the business sector in order to transfer the successful personalities in the field of business and management experience.

    The Council carried out another set of programs such as the program (Enable) dedicated to the study of systems and regulations that deal with working free for ladies in order to improve the regulatory environment and the development of solutions and proposals and submit them to officials in the relevant authorities.
